Dallas Hospital Settles with Duncan Family for "mistakes"

I think the settlement is win-win for both sides. Although Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital should have been diagnosed Ebola on first treatment, information on Ebola lacked at the time Duncan sent to the emergency. Also, Duncan should immediately report to a hospital when he knew he had contacted with Ebola patient before he came to the United States.
